Instead of rolling up on them the mower just pushed them forward leaving black skid marks all over the driveway. I tried going slow and fast with no success. I plan to return them.

(More customer reviews)Last year I ordered the same mower blades when they were worn. When it came time for new blades I would just resubmit the order on amazon. It is the factory part so that isn't the problem.
The real problem was the packing. There was NO packing material. If you can see the picture that is what was supposed to be in the box. When the 3 foot box arrived it had almost no weight. It turned out it was empty. Without packing material the roughly two foot blades were free to slide in the box. The UPS delivery driver believed it slide enough to shred the tape holding the box closed until it fell out somewhere.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this for an older JD mower I bought. The blades work just as they should, really the only drawback I can think of is they do not work great for bagging. I *think* what happens is they mulch so well that there aren't that many clippings making it to the bag. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if you are picking up leaves or something you want to bag and not shred and leave on the lawn, you might have to get another blade that is designed for bagging.
