(More customer reviews)It loosened after I first installed it, I tried to make it tighter and it just snapped in two. It is designed to install a ball on top, but the bolt on the bottom just isn't large enough in my opinion to get the item tight enough, and the the bolt is captive and cant be replaced once it broke. Bummer, I really wanted this too
